Are these DVDs any good, how are the extras and which one is the best DVD to own.

Both DVDs are excellent, the transfer is amazing for such old films and the DTS sound is brilliant, and ofcourse the films themselves are excellent.

The T-2 DVD has the bonus of commentary while there is none on T-1. I have both T-1 and T-2 and i highly reccommend getting them both if you can afford it. However if you can get your hands on it get the R1 version of T-2 because of the seemless branching (as long as you have a multiregion player & NTSC compatability).

It all depends on which film you prefer really but you HAVE to eventually get them both.
