Just picked up John Woo's "The Killer" on DVD. I know, I know... it's one of my favorite films and have been meaning to buy the DVD for a while, anyhoo...

This edition features 3-D Motion Menus (whatever they are), scene access, running audio commentary by John Woo, trailer, subtitle control, language option (Cantonese, English), filmographie, biographies and note on the film

How do other John Woo films measure up on DVD? Which ones are must-haves and are there any to be avoided?

I don't know; the only other one I have is "Face/Off"; it looks and sounds pretty good, but zilch on the extras. I'm hoping they re-release it. Save for "M:i-2" and the Fox Lorber releases of "Hard-Boiled" and "The Killer" (replacing the OOP Criterion editions), I think all of his other films- Hong Kong or American- are bare-bones discs, but the ones I've seen seem like pretty good transfers.

There were rumors about both a face\off and Hard-target directors cuts coming soon to dvd.
