Two questions

I need some help here concerning a couple of dvd's

Evolution: In all advertising and on websites the R2 edition of this film is said to have deleted scenes and a commentary. On the R2 PACKAGING only a featurette is mentioned.
Can anyone who has this dvd let me know what the features actually are

Safe: I noticed a wrning that the R1 of this film may have RCE again can anyone confirm or deny this for me.

I have the region 2 version, there's only a Making Of featurette and trailers. As far as I know, a commentary was advertised, but might not be on the region 1 version.. I can't be positive. If you get the Region 2 version from HMV, you get a limited edition holographic slip case, there's no other extras, but it doesn't cost anymore than the standard edition, so its worth getting.
