Its January 29th, that's what I have been hearing from all the sites I check on. Pretty sure that is the date, and it will be released by Dreamworks, not Warner Bros., so I expect the disc to have a good amount of features...er...at least I hope so, seeing as A.I. is my favorite movie from this year

Finally, an official announcement. The 2-disc special edition comes out March 5, 2001. Here are the features:
-16x9 transfer
-DTS & DD 5.1/2.0 audio
-Making of documentary (produced by Laurent Bouzereau)
-Featurettes on production design, lighting and costumes
-In-depth look at the development and creation of the robots, including a visit to Stan Winston Studios
-A look at on-set floor effects with effects supervisor Michael Lantieri
-Interviews with ILM's Dennis Muren and Scott Farrar about the seamless blending of animation and live action
-Interviews with Steven Spielberg, Haley Joel Osment, and Jude Law
-A visit to Skywalker Sound with sound designer Gary Rydstrom
-A conversation with composer John Williams about scoring AI and his collaboration with Steven Spielberg
-Storyboards
-Production Drawings

-Trailers
I'd prefer those interviews being commentaries, but hey, it sounds good to me.
