You guys know about Indy Trilogy DVD coming next year?

At this rate, I don't think we'll be seeing this for a while. It's been rumored for a while, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

They've been trying to get that going for ages, but they're perpetually having script trouble. Plus, Lucas has EP II & III, and Spielberg has about 20 movies slated or something like that. Don't expect it until 2006 or later.

You're right! BTW Lucas anyway couldn't have made it till 2006 since He has to Finish Star Wars. and To that Paramount has lost the license to owning Indy movies. So don't expect Paramount to be makin Indy 4

I won't be holding my breath. With the way Lucas is treating the Star Wars movies (No original trilogy DVD for 5 years!) I wouldn't expect it for a couple of years, which sucks, I want a Ford/Connery commentary on Last Crusade.

what type of bug is up lucas' ass? he wont allow two of the best trilogys of cinima history (INDIANA JONES & STAR WARS) on dvd? I am cringing my butt for Indy to come on dvd!

I read an open letter to Lucas about his delay with getting Star Wars and the like to DVD on a DVD review website.

He actually responded and said he was waiting for the DVD technology to catch up to his vision. He wanted to wait until the Blue Laser DVD players came out before he put anything on DVD.

Well I figured Ep I would not come out either but it is already out, maybe that bodes well for Star Wars and Indy.

On the other hand those trilogies are much better than Ep I so he may be holding them back.

Oh and you cannot forget all the money he is making by releasing a new special edition every 6 months on VHS, how many freaking releases have their been for Star Wars alone!

Indiana Jones Trilogy being released any time soon has always looked glum... just as the possibility of the Back To The Future Trilogy making an appearence on DVD any time soon.
