Sure I also own the Jurassic Park Trilogy and the Lethal Weapon Series and the Tremors Trilogy and the Scream Trilogy and The Batman Series and the Major League Trilogy and the Robocop Trilogy and the Die Hard Trilogy and The Nightmare on Elm Street Series, but for me it just dont get no better than Back to the Future 1, 2 and 3.

Most certainly The Godfather Trilogy, but I do have a soft spot for the Hannibal Lecter series. 'Hannibal' may be a real dud, and 'Red Dragon' doesn't live up to 'Manhunter,' but on the whole, they're all a nice slice of camped-up human psychology. I do believe, however, that 'The Silence of the Lambs' stands alone - an amazing film.

......that's all I can think of right now.

I agree that the series is very good Succubus... But I HAVE to disagree, I thought Hannibal was the BEST in the series... Why? Because it actually focused on the man the series is all about! Silence and Dragon are 2 very similar stories where Hannibal HELPS catch the killer... "Hannibal" stands on it's own, and to me is the best, cuz it focuses on catching HIM!
As far as my favorite trilogy? Gotta go with the Evil Dead series..

The Godfather Trilogy (Yes including the third one which is EXTREMELY UNDERRATED)
The Indiana Jones trilogy (except for the dreadful Temple of Doom)
The first two Alien movies
The two Ghostbusters movies
The Back to the Future movies
The Scream trilogy
The Lethal Weapon movies
The Die Hard movies
The Jurassic Park movies
The two 48 Hours movies
The Beverly Hills Cop movies (except for #3)
The Star Trek films
The Star Wars trilogy (both trilogies)
The Lord of the Rings Two Towers/ The Fellowship of the Ring
The American Pie movies
The Nightmare on Elm Street movies
The Hannibal Lechter movies (all of them including Hannibal which I thought was very good)
Oh and I don't know if this counts but I also love all of the Elmore Leonard adaptations: Get Shorty, Out of Sight, Jackie Brown

The Harry Potter series by far! They are excellent in every aspect from the who's who? of British actors who fill out the cast, the intriuging and mysterious plots, the amazing FX, and the beautiful scores. I, in case anyone has not noticed, dearly love both of them!
Runners-Up -----
2.) Terminator - Dark, thrilling, and action-packed. These films have complex stories and grand action. Entertainment at it's purest form!
3.) Star Wars - Cheesy at times, yes, but fun as hell. Lightsabers, heroes, villians, creatures, battles, and politics. Every thing you need for a sweeping epic tale!
4.) The Matrix
5.) The Lord of the Rings

THE GODFATHER trilogy is my #1 (even though Part III pales in comparison to its two predecessors). Runners-up are BACK TO THE FUTURE I-III, George Romero's DEAD trilogy, and THE LORD OF THE RINGS.
...and I have a soft spot for the FRIDAY THE 13TH series. There's nothing better than a DVD night with ya mates, alcoholic beverages, and some of the good ole machete fun with Jason.
The Godfather Trilogy and The Indiana Jones Trilogy are tied for my favorite.

Ignore what I said in the last post, I do care for the Friday the 13th series (gotta love Jason!)......for the exact same reasons that Ren mentioned. :)
