Yeah, definitely Pacino!

Granted, his performances have become a wee bit (*coughunderstatementcough*) over the top in the past decade, but at least he's still making halfway decent movies. Okay, S1MONE, INSOMNIA or THE RECRUIT are not exactly masterpieces, but it's still miles ahead of bollocky shite such as MEET THE PARENTS, SHOWTIME, CITY BY THE SEA, and ANALYZE THAT.

Al Pacino. De Niro is excellent as well, but Pacino has made better movies and given more great performances than Bobby D. Touch choice, though, but I still prefer Pacino, the best actor working today.

De Niro. At first I didn't think Pacino was a very good actor, but I think he is a great actor now. But he isn't as good as De Niro IMO.

I'm a De Niro guy myself. With his frequent collaborations with Scorsese, Once Upon a Time in America, Awakenings, Godfather 2, and a host of others is just a slightly better resume than his counterpart, Al Pacino. Hoo-ah!

De Niro has the edge in my opinion. He gets inside a character like no other. Pacino has on average picked better films, though.
