Predator 3

I really hope that the AvP movie does well, so that we might get new additions to the alien and predator series.

If Predator 3 is made, there are many different directions it can go.

1#. Predators hunt arnold for revenge.
2#. Predator force Arnold and Glover to team up to battle against alien creatures in a arena.
3#. A predator hunts Arnold's son for revenge.
4#. A bunch of marines land on the predators home planet, and have to fight in a arena.
5#. or we might see a new hero battle a predator one-on-one like the previous two movies.

I really hope to see a Predator 3 in the future. I am a big fan of both the Alien and Predator series. I can't wait for AvP to come out. At least we will see the Predator hunt one more time, I hope not the last.

I feel the best route would be to bring Schwarzenegger back. Personally, I just don't feel Glover is "bad-ass" and I don't get the "hero" vibe from him. In the end, this'll work best if the big muscle-man is taking on the alien murdered one more time!

My idea is Garey Busey somehow survives part 2 and comes back to make a reality Tv show with the help of a Predator creature and Schwarzeneger called "I'm With Dutch."

Actually the whole Ahnold/Glover thing is something I always fantasized about, f they were both captured and taken into space because they were the only humans to fight thecreatures and live.....

That would be cool. But thats just me.

I've had this for an idea when I was thinking of making a Predator 3 script (just for fun of course :D).

Its a simple plot but it was pretty much about a group of space marines, pretty much like those from Aliens, and they accidently land on the Predator's homeworld but they don't know that yet until they all get hunted and killed off one by one by not one Predator but a whole planet full of them.

If a Predator 3 was to be made I hope they go with an idea similar to that, because we've seen the Predator invade earth twice now so why not the marine's invade the Predator's homeworld.

Well, i believe that the Predator 2 script that was apposed to have Arnold in it is written, it should be. It might actually be out there on the internet.

But, i think the way to go, is bring back Arnold.

There wouldn't be a revenge. The predators are honorable, and the one in the original fought Arnold fairly but Arnold won.

I have mixed feelings about a part 3, because I was disappointed with 2.

At the end of P2 Glover is handed a Flintock (old gun) by one of the Predators, just to demonstrate how long they have been hunting humans for.

Note to the screenwriter of AvP: Don't write the chick like a gym instructer with massive fake bravado.

That's one of the things that REALLY pissed me off in Alien Resurrection, how all these guys were doin' that whole puffed out chest and "I'm a badass no matter what". Aliens did it right, by showing them as a bunch of tough talkin' marines one minute and scared out of their asses the next. Perfectly believable and most importantly: RELATABLE.

Ripley wasn't a badass just to be a badass, she was operating on maternal instinct (which paralleled with The Queen) and she showed a whole range of emotions to boot, most importantly: FEAR.

Vulnerablity is key. Show that and this girl will be PERFECT!

Yep, definitely agree with this. Strong Bad fuckin rocks! :D I even have the Trogdor shirt!

As for Predator 3, I could go for an Aliens-like one where marines go to the Yautji home planet and then have to fight it out with a bunch of them. It would be cool to see what things are like on their world, plus Aliens was fun, so...yeah. :)

Well if they make a 3 they'd have to do something totally different then the first two...Maybe like many people have said have the marines go to the predators' home planet, and maybe have the predators bein the ones getting hunted or somethin crazy like that.

Yeah, I hate hearing this. :( Resident Evil (3/10) borrowed from Aliens (8.5/10) a lot, and watching it I got the impression that it was like what Aliens would have been if it had sucked very badly. I really wish almost anyone else were directing AvP.

IMHO, Anderson is a very talented director, or at least works on the same level as my brain, ive loved all of this films, and found them to all be very entertaining and underappreciated so im looking forward to this a lot

WHY ALL THE HATE FOR RESIDENT EVIL?!?!?!

This movie is grossly underrated and if you look here (http://www.joblo.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=34417&perpage=40&pagenumber=1), you'll see many people loved it (even though there are some that despised it). Anderson isn't that bad,and neither was the first Mortal Kombat. I think he has done a good job keeping the image of both video game movies intact, and I believe he will do it with the next Predator film.

Mortal Kombat- Average film
Event Horizon- Good film
Soldier- Average film
Resident Evil - Bad film

James Cameron:

Aliens - Excellent film
Terminator 1 and 2 - Excellent Films
etc.....

John McTiernan:

Predator - Excellent film
Die Hard - Excellent film
etc...

The point im making is that the directors who made predator and aliens were both very good directors who make excellent films. for the love of good let one of them make the crossover film.
