The worst A.I., in my opinion, is the title character on Andromeda. Lexa Doig is great eye candy, but her acting leaves much to be desired.

Another A.I. I love is KITT from Knight Rider. Ever since, I first saw that show as a kid, I always wanted a car like that with its cool capabilities & its cool HAL-esque voice.
