Walter Wade Jr (Christian Bale) in Shaft - spoilt little shit!
Ben Affleck in everything (haha) but in particular in Dazed & Confused & in Mallrats (also the father of Claire Forlani's character - he was such a jackass!)
The Queen Of Hearts in Alice In Wonderland - god what a bitch!
Nicky Katt's character in Boiler Room - just an arsehole

Amon Goeth from Schindler's List is my most personal hated villian. Not because he is ruthless in killing, but because unlike alot of villians, he is flawed and characterized.
