Godzilla. I mean, King Kong got killed after he fell off a building. It took nukes and other freakish nuclear beasts to kill Godzilla (and I'm still not sure he's dead)...

I guess Godzilla would win in a fight, because of the big size difference.
But film-wise, I prefer the 1933 King Kong to any Godzilla flick.
