Richard Brookes is one of my all time fave directors.
Truman Capote's IN COLD BLOOD has to be my fave of his films , but just about everything he made has resonance.
His Tenesse Williams adaptions with Paul Newman (CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF, SWEET BIRD OF YOUTH) are amongst the best onscreen (Ranking alongside Elia kazan's Streetcar Named Desire)
LOOKING FOR MR GOODBAR, BATTLE CIRCUS, ELMER GANTRY and THE PROFFESSIONALS are all high on my list to.
Nice to see another fan of this lesser discussed master of cinema. Keep up the good work.

I'd say Cat on a hot tin roof. Though In Cold Blood was excellent, I just like Cat better. I would though, like to see Lord Jim.

Right up there with Sidney Lumet, Alan J. Pakula and Herbert Ross as one of my favorite underrated directors.
