I'm all for this one assuming Rodney, Chevy Chase and Bill Murray return. Could be fun if the right script is filmed.

What do you all think?

Well, seing how the first one was good and the second one was crappy, I don't even know why they are making Caddyshack a trilogy. But there is a good linup of actors so you never know. I guess it all depends on the script.

Havent seen the first in entirety,only saw the 2nd one...2nd one isnt as bad as said,but isnt great,it IS bad...

It'll never live up to the classic first one. But making it better than the second one should be a sinch...:D

Well, technically they already ruined it with Caddyshack II. So I don't think one more could possibly do more damage than the second one did...I hope...:eek:

Am I the only guy around here who didn't like the first Caddyshack? I just didn't think it was that funny at all, and what was the point anyway? I don't really have any interest in seeing the second, and why are they even thinking of a third--especially since part 2 flopped? Is the series still considered "bankable?" It will probably go straight to video.

Well, if you have Bill Murray, Chevy Chase, and Rodney Dangerfield returning it can't be all that bad. I certainly don't see how a bad sequel can ruin a movie that was good to begin with so I don't have a problem with them making another. The second Caddyshack was horrendous, but that doesn't necessarily mean the first one was tainted or that a third one will suck. And it seems from the article that the third movie is based on the first and will not take anything into account from the second. Personally, I am looking forward to this.

I liked both movies, I am a hardcore shack fan. 3rd would be a bad idea though. Reeeeeaaalll bad.
