Sledgehammer! baby. Such an injustice that this consistently hilarious show got pulled after two years while that overrated show that it was competing against, the Cosby Show, managed to stay on.

"Growing Pains" went down the tube when goody-goody Kirk Cameron got all moralistic and got too religious for his own good. It really was some kind of miracle that it lasted a few more years beyond this change. He started to become script-dictator on "cleaning up the show" and had actors, writers and a director canned. The guy was notorious for little girl temper tantrums when things didn't go his way on the set. Basically Cameron becoming a born again Christian ironically made "Growing Pains" go to hell. Was a pretty good show untill Kirk Cameron found religion.

Kirk Cameron also found pulled this script-dictating stunt on his short lived show "Kirk." Nice bit of juicy gossip: Nowadays, Kirk can only appear in Crhistian produced films because nobody else in Hollywood wants to put up with his shit.

Any ways, getting sidetracked, My vote still is Sledgehammer!

You actually liked "Growing Pains." I admit the first few seasons were pretty cool before goody-goody Kirk Cameron got too moralistic and religious for his own good and decided to "clean up the content" of the show. From the fourth season onward, that is why the episodes are so bland to me. But I still respect your opinion though.
