Just caught this one on TV this morning (pure coincidence) and I just had to sit through it. It's a Spike Lee flick, it stars Denzel Washington, Wesley Snipes, Samuel L. Jackson, Bill Nunn and John Turturro, and I personally thought it kicks some major-ass. It's got some sweet music, a taking story and plot, and the usual little Spike Lee camera tricks.

Anyone seen this little diamond in the rough?

I came THIS close to buying this one last summer blindly. It was on sale for $10 and I deliberatted for what must have been a good 10 minutes, then I grabbed Commando instead. Sometimes I wonder if I made the right descision... but when I here the lines "Remember when I said I'd kill you last? I LIED." I feel I somehow made the best choice for the long run.

I do need to see more Spike Lee films though... I've been akin to see Do THE Right Thing for what seems liuke years now.

Anyway, MBB looks great, great cast, great director/writer.... has poetential.

A terrific, underrated film, (like a lot of Spike's movies.)

One of my single favorite ending shots in any movie.
