I hope this is true (http://www.cinecon.com/news.php?id=0307107) his idea is pretty interesting. Although this could be nothing but a rumor.

Yep, I heard the news yesterday. I also hope that it's true because it would be great to see Arnold in it, as well as Glover! Either of those ideas sound appealing.

Theres two side to me here: 1) I hope its true because it would be great to see another Predator movie and 2) I hope it's not true because both storylines don't really appeal to me.

Having Dutch and Glover return is fine I guess, theres no harm in it but having them as trophies it almost seems like the Predators are out for revenge agasint them even though Arnold never really killed the Predator in the first movie. And hearing Robert Rodriguez making a script for this is almost uncanny.

But thats just me and my wonderful, wonderful tool called an opinion :D

I really hope this is true, another predator film would rule, even more if Arnie returns

I think this sounds very cool! I wouldn't mind seeing it at all. I think Arnold's pretty cool, and I think Danny's past his peak, but it would be great to see like a Predator + Predator 2 = Predator 3 with Danny Glover and Arnold Schwartzenegger! Just my thoughts.

The period piece concept is brimming with potential, but I wouldn't want to see Glover return. He was decent in Predator 2, but as of right now, he's no action star.

Man I hope that there are better choices than either an Arena story or Predators of the Caribian .

I hope this turns out to be like the first film. Predator 1 was one of the best action/sci fi flicks ever. I even went and saw where it was filmed when I was vacationing in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I remember seeing this damn fine flick in the movies. What a great time. I thought Predator was my fave Arnold flick behind Total Recall.

I heard about this in like 1998...or whenever the Alien Vs. Predator arcade game came about....I doubt it'll happen, but then again, I said the same about Freddy Vs. Jason

What I'm wondering is who they're going to get to play the Predator alien, as Kevin Peter Hall (the guy who played the Predator in both movies) died in '91 from complications from AIDS. I wonder if Van Damme will pick up on this offer, as this will probably be the only work that guy can get.*

*For those of you who don't know, Jean Claude Van Damme originally was playing the Predator early on in filming for the acrobatic stunts (the movie was called Hunter then). Van Damme quit after it was revealed to him that he would be uncredited for his role in the movie as a 'special effect' (the 'hole in the jungle' shot in the movie is actually of Van Damme in a bluescreen suit). The rest of Van Damme's shots in the movie can be seen on the 2-disc SE Region 2 DVD of Predator.

Maybe WWE(F)'s Kane could play the Predator, hes pretty big himself. Wonder who Paul's got lined up for the Predator's in Alien vs. Predator?

I am always willing to give any Predator movie a chance. But I'll likely wait until DVD release though.

I'd like to see another Predator movie but I think both these ideas suck. The third movie should be put in a setting similar to the first movie. Think I'll play the wait and see game for this, if it ever gets made.

if it was in 17th century there wouldnt be the arguement like there always has been, "just get a grenade and shove it up his ass when hes not looking!" so theres that, but a ship is a little TOO claustrophobic. I mean i like the jungle stuff cuz no matter where you go noone can help you, but on a ship, well thjeres really nowhere to go at all.

and, 20 mil for arnie, and 10 for glover, maybe a little pricey.
