I went around to three different stores looking for the new May DVD. I went to 2 Best Buys and a Suncoast. I gave up and ordered it online. Did anyone else have this problem? This really ticked me off.
I mean, come on, Roger Ebert gave this movie 4 stars. You'd think that would mean something to the drones who order DVD's for stores. Okay, that's enough rant for one day. Hopefully, I will be owning this movie by Friday thanks to the Internet.

Not trying to start anything, and by the way I will be renting this today. But how is your favorite movie May when you have never seen it?

I hope I don't have the same problem!!! I'm going to Best Buy and then Circuit City after work... The Best Buys here in the DC area are usually really good for carrying horror movies. Circuit City has some of the more "obscure" stuff that even Best Buy doesn't have sometimes. I just NEED to get it... It's on the list for Wednesday Horror Movie night with the bro's tomorrow!!! I've been talking about this movie for so long they'd laugh at me if I didn't have it. And for some reason, one of the bro's borrowed Rawhead Rex as the other movie for the night (barf), so we HAVE to have something good!!! ARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!! Horror movie night only happens once a week... I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG!!!
I'm sorry, that was more of a rant than I expected.

I never saw the movie, as I'm a bit apprehensive with the whole premise of it. Is it worth looking into?

I just watched it. I posted a review in the horror section, it's pretty much SPOILER FREE. It's a little short due to that fact, but spoiler free none-the-less.

I feel bad for the world! This seems to a big complaint, when Utah (where I live) stores cary more controversial movies than other states. Comon, The Rules Of Attraction and Legion are banned in UTAH libraries!!

I went to every store in my area and i found only 1 copy of it at my local Media Play and i picked it up.
It has 2 commentary tracks with the cast and crew and production and it also has the international trailer.

I pre-ordered May off of Amazon but it hasn't been shipped yet but that could be because I combined it with another order. I haven't had time to go look for it and I doubt I would find it anyway.

I had the same problem. No one had it to buy.I went to Best Buy and they searched forever and there were 2 copies showing up on the computer but they werent on the shelves. They siad to call at 5:00 and see if it was on the shelves then.I called and it wasn't.I got so mad.I then went to Circut City and found nothing. Then I called Suncoast and they dident have it.I called my rental store and they had 7 copies on video.I went there and rented it.They dident have it on DVD because the copies were defective so they had to ship them back.I watched it and thought it was GREAT!!!!!!!!YEA!!!!!!!It was the best movie of the year IMO.

Thank god I moved from Salt Lake back to Eugene. I can't believe the strict rules over there. (You have to drive to Wyoming for the hard liquor and the illegal fireworks!)
I've been wanting to see May for a very long time now. I can't wait to pick up my DVD.
