This slasher from the late 80's is a bit weird, it is like Porkys meets F13th if u see what I mean.
There is some tits and ass but it is not important.
The cast is good and colorful ( the big fat guy, the hispanic mullet girl, the crazy miss Tipton, the nast cook, etc .... ) the murders are pretty soft ( 2 murders are better in fact ) it is almost a spoof movie, some scenes are hilarious and have to be seen.
Overall I would give it a solid 7/10 yes u read well 7/10 ( I own it )

I didn't like it, but parodies aren't my thing. Leif Garrett was a hoot in that he was in Teen Beat magazine when I was 10 or so. He must have been in his thirties when this movie was made, so it was a curiosity of sorts for me in these terms. But otherwise I found it slow with unpleasant characters that took far too long to die off. Maybe because I saw it editted on USA's Up All Night, and it was cut to hell, that it didn't seem good. Of the spoofy type movies, I thought Return to Horror High was much more entertaining with less dumb characters and a faster pace of action.

I got this one last night, nice schlocky good time. And what do you mean the murders are soft? The murders are fucking crazy! The two I'm speaking of are the one with the garden shears through the head, and the person who gets their belly split open... nasty stuff?
And for the record, at this time in Leif Garret's life he was a major heroin junkie

Mirror Mirror? Is this the same one with Karen Black? I bought this really cheaply on DVD recently, haven't seen it yet. What did you (or anyone else who's seen it) think of it?
