I am not a music person, and need to know some specific music for some skits that I'm writing. Can anyone here tell me of some songs (and the bands behind them) for parties (cool "American Pie"-like hang-out-and have-fun parties, not kiddie parties) from 1984, `85, and `86? And also music of today that are great to listen to at such parties, and also at Dan Clubs/Bars? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
