Video Business reports that USA Home Video has entered its first deal with the Criterion Collection for a 2-disc special edition of Stephen Soderbergh's Traffic. The special edition, which hits stores May 28, will retail $39.95.

3 Audio commentaries: director Steven Soderbergh and screenwriter Stephen Gaghan; producers Laura Bickford, Edward Zwick and Marshall Herskovitz, and consultants Tim Golden and Craig Chretien; and composer Cliff Martinez
Deleted scenes with commentary from Soderbergh and Gaghan
Outtakes with multiple angles of two scenes
Featurettes: "film processing" illustrating how the look of the sequences set in Mexico were achieved; "editing" with commentary by editor Stephen Mirrione;
"Dialogue editing" interactive demo
U.S. Customs trading cards of the narcotics-detecting K-9 squad
