Predator 3, Alien 5, or Aliens vs Predator?

there are rumors flying around about all three of these. which would you perfer? i personally think they should just let AVP happen and see if anyones still interested in these series

Why not do all 3? With "Alien 5" and "Predator 3," they'd have the chance of trying to write good scripts and explanations to how an alien and predator would meet up in "Alien vs. Predator."
God knows how tough it was for New Line to come up with a script that had Freddy and Jaosn meet up and face eachother.
