Anything from Spineshank... Nothingface's drummer does some good drum tracks... And of course, Lars Ulrich of Metallica fame, is the one of the best drummers ever... Pantera's got some pretty heavy drum tracks...

Any Cryptopsy song has excellent drumming, Flo Mounier is easily my favorite. Though if I had to recommend one of their songs for its drum track, it would be Slit your Guts.
Other great drum songs are:
Emperor- I am the Black Wizards
Dissection- Thorns of Crimson Death
Fear Factory- Pisschrist, Demanufacture
Slayer- Angel of Death, War Ensemble
Sepultura- Territory, Dead Embryonic Cells.

Actually, Lars Ulrich kinda sucks at the drums. And I'm a fan of older Metallica, Lars' playing has always been subpar when compared to the talents of the other members. He's always done "just enough" to make it not sound like ass. Truly one of the most overrated drummers of all time.
My personal faves are:
John Bonham, Led Zeppelin
Keith Moon, The Who
Mike Portney, Dream Theatre
Neil Peart, Rush
Dave Grohl, Nirvana/Queens of the Stone Age(he did his best work with QOTSA)/Tenacious D
Spag, Mudvayne (their bassist and drummer are both incredible)
Joey Jordison, Slipknot (a guilty pleasure of mine)
Taylor Hawkes(sp?), Foo Fighters
Meg White, The White Stripes :D

YESSSSSSS! Primus is fantastic in every aspect of their musicianship, but it is occasionally overshadowed by Les's bass. But the drums are so good not to be noticed, especially here.
Plus: My Hero and Hey Johnny Park! by Foo Fighters have excellent drumming.
Songs For The Deaf - QOTSA
Any Nirvana album
Is there a pattern? Dave Grohl = best drummer ever

I agree with that. Also "Toxicity" by System Of A Down is one that comes to mind. But notch is right, pick a Tool song.

Arc Lite by Loop
One of the most propulsive back beats i've ever heard. A brilliant song. I need to find a copy of A Gilded Eternity, the album upon which this track resides, on CD. I still have an old tape of it and it's really not holding up very well.
