What should I do about 'Memento'?

I've never seen it but I desperately want to see it, everyone raves about how good it it. Should I rent it for £2 incase I dont like it, but if I do like it buy it on DVD for £14 but not have the enjoyment of watching it for the first time. or should I risk it and just buy it?

It is a great movie not for everyone, if you like a good mystery and innovative style and storytelling check it out. As far as buying it wait untill the Special edition is released later this year.

I thought it was good, but not great. Worth renting certainly. Unless I am mistaken Bob, you live in England, Yes?
If so then the dvd out now is going to be duplicated for the American SE so you can get the R2 disc.

Hehe I thought exactly the same thing.

So in the end I decided to buy it from WHSmith for a quid more than play.com instead so if I didn't like it I could just return it see ... Cheaper than renting a dvd then buying it!

But just a bit more expensive than buying it straight off play!
