Then I would have SOME sort of excuse for ordering the Prom Night 3 and 4 double bill from artisan :(.
I own 3 on VHS and it is pretty much a BAD movie but how is the 4th movie, I've heard it actully ain't bad! What are your opinions on Prom NIght 4: Deliver Us From Evil

I liked Prom Night 3, best of the series IMO. THe first was bad, the second ruled. the fourth i cant say anything about, but I thought part 3 was great cheese. I would love to see the 3rd because im a fan of the series, despite the fact the first blows.

also, whats so bad about part 3?

Mainly the ending. I dunno, it's more a fun bad movie, but still a bad movie, I didn't really like the humourus turn to the series it took.

Prom Night 4 is not bad on the surface but quite boring. If you don't care too much for the Mary Lou storyline, you might enjoy it.

PROM NIGHT was above average. What let me down is the characters, once again like most slashers, were hung up on sex. That gets REALLY old!

"Prom Night 3" had some really cheesy kills. Like when the girl says "you have such a big HEART!" and pulls the guy`s heart out.
Or the nerdy guy that gets killed by a giant computer somehow (haven`t seen it in forever).

P.S. - This might be the weirdest name for a thread I`ve ever seen here!

Prom Night 3 kicks ass, it's not a horror movie at all which is what pisses a lot of viewers off. It's a spoof/comedy of the slasher genre and it's very apparent throughout the movie. The icecream cone sequence is one of the funnier gore scenes to date.

Prom Night 4 is supposedly another gory entry into the series and I've heard that it's actually quite good despite some bad reviews.

Don't feel bad for ordering this, it'll make for a fun night's watch.

Jeez, I wasn't aware there were Parts 3 and 4. But that's okay; I can proudly admit to seeing Hello Mary Lou: Prom Night 2 in the theatre way back in the day. (I recall it being a double feature with Fatal Beauty.)

All I can remember from the series is Prom Night 2 in the shower scene. Oh yeah! Other than that, I don't remember a single thing.
