Need Help!!

I need replacement cases for some DVDs and I was wondering how I could go about getting these without paying! so I thought of e-mailing whoever is responsible for packaging. Is this the distributer? can anyone tell me either the websites or the e-mail addresses for the following:

2001: a Space Oddyssey box set - WB
From Dusk Till Dawn 2 Disc CE - Dimension Home Video
T2 Ultimate DVD edition - Momentum

I'm talking about R2 here so if you're American the chances are it's a different distibuter to what your discs are, but if anyone in the UK can correct me on the distributers I wont shout http://www.joblo.com/ubb/wink.gif

yea, does anyone know where to get those cases with the booklets?
all my cases are ruined but the discs are fine
