I wished I picked up Little Shop of Horrors original DVD release before it got snatched off the shelf; it had video footage of the original ending.
The original Criterion release of This is Spinal Tap had a buttload of extras that aren't in the current version; including a Rob Reiner commentary (OUCH!).

I was really disapointed that I never got my copies of Demon Knight, Bordello of Blood and John Carpenter's They Live, but last week I heard they were being re-released, which really made my day, heck... even my week.

Though it's been remedied, I wish I had picked up AoD: Limited Edition, though it's been replaced by the Boomstick Edition of AoD. Same specs and disks, new package. Another that's soon to be remedied is Halloween: LE from Anchor Bay, which is to be replaced August 5th by Halloween: 25th Anniversary Edition. Again, same specs as before, with a few surprises I'm anticipating being thrown in. Sheesh, Anchor Bay sure knows how to treat DVD fans. . .

Fucking Dawn of the Dead - I can't find it anywhere. I have heard rumours that there is a SE on the way, but I'm not sure. I certainly hope that it is eventually released on DVD - it's way too much of a cult classic.
The main ones I can think of are all Disney - Mulan, Jungle Book, Lady & The Tramp, 101 Dalmatians, The Little Mermaid, The Mickey Mouse Treasures Tins

Dude, Disney put TS 1 and 2 out of print in April. You can still find them everywhere, they just don't print the DVD anymore.
Disney put themout of print with Cinderella 2, Peter Pan, Peter Pan 2, and Beauty and the Beast.

Oh, it's DEFINITELY being released on DVD... Feb. 2004. It's a wait, but it will be SO worth it. There will be 3 different cuts of the film plus extras. It will be GLORIOUS!
And I bet you couldn't guess who's putting this one out!
Anchor Bay OF COURSE!

Bride of Re-Animator, a friend made me a copy (no, no money was exchanged) but it would have been nice to have a regular copy without the price being jacked up. And the re-release is full screen and barebones, blah to that.

Is the copy your friend gave you a widescreen transfer?

It was due to be the 5th in the Platinum series, with a release date in 2005. Not sure if that still stands (Disney recently announced that they will be releasing 14 Platinum Editions, rather than the original 10), but it wouldn't surprise me if they balls everything up :(

The only ones I can think of are most of the Disney DVDs, especially The Little Mermaid, Snow White and Toy Story but I have a feeling that they will be rereleased (the first one, I mean) in a Platinum Edition like Disney plans to eventually do with all their titles, so I'll just wait until then.

Raging Bull. It's my 2nd-favorite movie and I don't own it because it's out of print, dammit. Anyone know any information on a special edition for it?
