I definitely agree with them. Also, I am surprised no one mentioned Anthony Hopkins in The Silence of the Lambs yet. Sure, there's only been 2 comments so far, but still. He's the ultimate scene-stealer in my book.

Stole every scene he had with Jodie Foster. Was amazing in that movie and got his well deserved Oscar.
Joe Pesci in GoodFellas is another great example.
BadCoverVersion is Alfred Molina the guy who they are selling the cocaine to?

I'm going to butt in and answer that question for you: yes.
There's so many scene-stealers in a lot of movies that I don't think I could ever remember them all. So I'll just name two that usually always manage to steal scenes for me.
ANNA FARIS and AMANDA PEET... They always seem to have scene-stealing roles.
I also definitely agree about Natalie Portman in Beautiful Girls. Without her, I don't think the movie would have been as excellent. She made the movie!

Yup, as zeppelin rightly stated.
Molina is one of most under-appreciated British actors around.
His performance as Kenneth Halliwell (Joe Orton's neurotic gay lover) in Prick Up Your Ears is just fucking incredible. Gary Oldman is superb as Orton - an extremely controversial UK playwright, but Molina almost steals the show once again.

Richard Harris, English Bob in Unforgiven is a good one. You've got Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman and Gene Hackman all giving performances of their lives, yet Richard Harris steals the show.
Plus, who could ever steal a scene from Bruce Campbell? It can't be done!

Does that really count? I mean, there is not one scene in the movie without him in it, and since his character is the only character in the movie that there is ever a great deal of focus on, there's practically no one that can upstage him. It'd be virtually impossible for him to not steal every scene he was in, because the movie is completely about his character. No one else was even given a chance to upstage him. Not to mention that he was given great dialogue.
Anyway, since you brought up a Kubrick movie, I'd like to add one that hasn't been mentioned yet:
Douglas Rain (the voice of HAL 9000) in 2001: A Space Odyssey

One I've seen that I agree with:
Parker Posey in Scream 3
Others I love:
Jonathan Lipnikki(sp?) in Jerry Maguire
Robert Downey Jr. in Wonder Boys
Daniel Day Lewis in Gangs of New York
