I could go on for ages and ages...they say there are two types of scores: pre-Star Wars and post-Star Wars. Essentially, John Williams changed and revolutionized film scoring. Many of the greatest film scores of all time have come in the past 26 years, and many of those were written by John Williams. Quite a guy. His scores for Jaws, Raiders of the Lost Ark, and Saving Private Ryan rest just below my Top 10.
