ok first the movie was good up until the part where i saw a shadowy wang. it ruined the movie for me but without it it would have been great. does anyone else agree???

I thought the ending was great and really freaky. That image stayed with my for a while. Pretty creepy if you ask me.

I really like this slasher because it is not just about the ending but the film was really weird and the director had balls, he really wanted to try someting different.
I like the atmosphere, the songs, the gross language, the pedophile undertones, too.

It's just a wang. I think showing it balls-to-the-wall (pun, maybe?) made it more powerfull.

Even though I think that the rest of the movie is a piece of stinky trash... I do believe that the ending is quite effective... although to be honest not entirely coherent to a first time viewer.

The ending was the best part of the movie! Until the end it was just a run of the mill 80s slasher. The ending make it must freakier.

He put a spoiler warning in the title of the thread, though. And in all fairness, if you're going to enter a thread devoted entirely to the ending of a movie, you have to expect that there will be spoilers. Besides, who's going to go into a thread that's about the ending of a movie they haven't even seen? What could they possibly contribute?

Anyway, as for the movie, sorry letspukeoncops, but I disagree with you too. I had the ending spoiled for me on this board, but it was still easily the most effective part of the movie. The rest of the movie, IMO is awful, and can only be enjoyed on a cheese level.

I thought the whole movie wasn't all that great, UNTIL the ending. It was nothing like I have seen in a campy (haha CAMPy) horror movie before or since.

It was just freaky, man. This is one of those movies for me where the ending made the movie.

It was a shock ending to a very solid decent slasher flick. Some people may say it was too slow, but I enjoyed the pace of it. At least they invested a little time and made you care about the characters a little bit, at least the main ones, Angela, Paul, and Ricky. I couldn't wait to see that bitch Judy and that other counselor girl get what was coming to them. An all around good slasher/human drama flick.

The ending did leave you "hangin" though a bit.

The ending was well done and added that final touch. I was blown away as hell and then had to go back and think about the movie. Movies that make you recollect = Good.
