It stars David Carradine ( he plays in the new Tarantino movie Kill Bill, looks great !!! ) playing an alcoholic cop investigating on a murder of a young woman.
In the same time two brothers ( one is mute and deaf ) take a girl on hostage on her house.
One of the brothers is a madman, his brother helped him to escape from the asylum.
I really like this slasher/thriller, it has atmosphere and a bit stylish,too.
It is not very gory but I was surprised by this movie ( I own it )
in Belgium the film it titled Moon Crime.
