The dude from *M*A*S*H* and numerous Woody Allen films Alan Alda IMO is a great actor. Although not in anything recentley Alan Alda has been sort of a pop culture figure while being on MASH. After MASH he went on to star in Woody Allen films, which was a great career move. He appeared in Murder at 1600, and What Women Want most recentley but I think people will always remember him as "the guy from MASH".
