It was the British baby that Stewie was trying to culture. I think her name was Eliza but I'm not 100% on that.
The other one was Stewie's red-headed unborn brother (name totally escapes me) but he was the gleam in Peter's eye.

Anyways the answer is the latest Halloween episode of the Simpsons(last season). It was during the segment where Homer had millions of clones of himself and when it panned across all of them Peter was there(a mean insult but a nice joke none the less).
My question:
What did Stewie request on the plane he was going to board in the episode where it's Stewie's first birthday(the episode name is not in my head right now. I'm thinking Mind Over Murder but I think that is the one with Stewie and the time travel device)?
And for a pat on the head name what he didn't want with his order.
