Underrated and underappreciated in his days, but his talents in acting are beyond amazing. In The Magnificent Ambersons, The Third Man, Shadow of a Doubt, Gaslight, etc., he gave amazing performances; and of course, who can forget Jedediah Leland in Citizen Kane. He's diverse, gifted, and even though not a handsome man, has this attractiveness about him. One of my favorite actors. Do you guys like him? hate him? etc.?

His performances in The Third Man, Shadow of a Doubt, and Citizen Kane put him towards the top of my "Forgotten Actors" list. Huge Yay.

Too bad he started making crap towards the end of his career. Anyone see him in that Dr. Phibes movie?
