Normally, I wouldn't even bother posting a low res. logo, but this is just too cool to ignore. It's got a creepy vibe, but also a "Johnny Appleseed"-feel, at least for me. It's definitely worth a peek. Check it out...

Before I read this topic I didn't have the first clue what the film was about, but now that I've read the synopsis and seen the logo, I really cannot wait for it.
It is seemingly classic Burton material, and just the kind of story that melds well with him.

Edward Scissorhands is one of my favourite films. A stunning fantasy film. I wonder if this, or indeed, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory will follow suit....

P.S - I like the logo very much. Typically quirky for Tim Burton, and it looks to have quite an optimistic tone...

This doesn't sound good to me. I'd rather to see the other releases that come out that weekend.

Zanuck was quoted in USA Today as saying that this is HIS FAVORITE FILM HE'S EVER PRODUCED. EVER.

The man has produced the Sound of Music, M*A*S*H, and other friggin' works of sheer brilliance.

Burton. McGregor. Zanuck. Consider me there on opening day. This is a Best Picture candidate, no doubt.

And I'm a pretentious prick. Thank you very much.

I have been waiting for word on this picture since I first heard rumours that Spielberg dropped this one and burton picked it up...it'll be an amazing film and I know it'll have a magical feel about it greater than any other Burton has firected...yes, it'll be that good.

i really wanted Speilberg to direct this. But now i'm getting a feeling Burton suits this better, I hope he does good with it.

As others have said, this has the American Beauty sleeper-type potential.

Wicked logo, the synopsis sounds great as well, the ensemble cast looks great, and Tim Burton is directing! I am so there, "Big Fish" may just be one of most anticipated films of the Holiday movie season.

Zanuck knows that the film isn't going to make money, but he's just trying to win some Oscars.

I'd love to see McGregor finally win an Oscar. He did Trainspotting and Moulin Rouge, but no Oscar? Shame.

Be still my beating heart...this looks AWESOME. That is one kickass logo if I ever saw one. I can't wait to see this film, for obvious reasons. Eee :)

This is extremely promising. I can't wait to see what Burton does with it.

I've always trusted Burton with my time and most of the time it's worth it. No doubt I'll enjoy this one

I hadn't even heard of this film until I finally read this thread.
In the past two minutes, it achieved the number three spot on my "can't wait" movie list (right behind Kill Bill, and Once Upon a Time in Mexico).
But it looks great!
Great synopsis, great director, producer, writer, Ewan McGregor (always great). And the rest of the cast... Steve Buscemi and Danny DeVito for crying out loud!
Me + Opening night = There.

Just the name Tim Burton makes it sound pretty cool -- but where the heck does the name Big Fish come from??
