Even though im no fan of Evil Dead...I liked the idea of The next Phantasm sequel involving Ash joining forces with Reggie to battle and rid the Tall Man and the little jawa looking creatures.

Also, Puppetmaster vs. Demonic Toys would be sweet....with a cameo from Dollman as well.

Anyways, here are some of my ideas for horror movie brawls.

Pinhead vs. Candyman: the premise is that Pinhead finally comes from hell to take candyman down, lots of hooks and bees all over the place. (and since there both clive barker, there wont be any trouble with pesky copyright laws.)

Leatherface vs. micheal myers: I personally think Myers would make a more appropriate foe for Leatherface than jason, since Myers is invulnerable, but not to the insane degree that Voorhes is.

chucky vs. the pupper masters: this works well because toulons puppets are occasionally played as the heroes, so they would make the perfect protaginist for Chucky.

The Djinn vs. Samara from the ring: few creatures in horror can match the god like power of the Djinn, but Samara is one of them, her dark psychic powers are the perfect foil for the djinns ancient black magic.

You know I would say Angela Vs. Jason just because they are both on a camp site and the story woudl fit together EXCEPTIONALLY well. But in all reality she'd go after him with that stick and get her head chopped right the fuck off.
