SEX AND THE CITY - The Complete Second Season cost me like around $40 bucks.

As for a movie:

ALMOST FAMOUS - The Bootleg Cut cost me about $28 bucks.

The most I've shelled out at once was £60 for Alien Legacy box set thats about $85.

For a single DVD the most I've paid is probably about £21 for The Rock Criterion thats $30.

For a single DVD, the most I ever paid was $33 for Almost Famous: Untitled-The Bootleg Cut, but overall the most I've paid is $90 for the Rocky five-pack (too bad two of them suck!)

The Stanley Kubrick collection cost me £100 (about $140 I think). The most expensive single DVD I own cost me £30 (Region 1 version of the recent Terminator 2 release)

The most valuable DVD I own, would probably be Os Anjos Da Guerra (Edges of the Lord) which is signed by Haley Joel Osment and Willem Dafoe.

Evil Dead Book of the Dead LE for €38 which is about $35

The most expensive single DVD was the 2 disc Dawn of the Dead set that has the US Theatrical Cut on one disk, and Argento's European Cut (plus the Document of the Dead documentary) on the other. That cost me £40 (about $60).

The most expensive set was the Nightmare on Elm Street 8 disc box set which cost me £70 (about $100) but was still a bargain!
