Plot: In Universal Pictures' Honey, Jessica Alba (TV's Dark Angel) stars as Honey Daniels, a dancer and choreographer working as a bartender and record store clerk until she gets that one break. When she finally succeeds, it feels too good to be true. And it is - until Honey gets a new dream fuelled by the exuberant energy of a group of neighborhood kids who bring her back to the sheer joy of letting it all out on the dance floor. The film also stars Lil' Romeo as Benny, a kid who needs a break even more than Honey does. Mekhi Phifer (8 Mile) portrays Chaz, a good guy with the connections that count. The young, high-energy cast also includes David Moscow, Zachary Williams, Joy Bryant and Lonette McKee, with cameo appearances by hip hop/R and B stars Missy Elliott, Genuine, Third Story, Sean Desmond, Tweet, and Jadakiss and Sheek of The L.O.X.

it looks as bad as glitter as well...this movie looks fucking atrocious...

sad that the hot dark angel picks this type of movie to jump into the leading role world...

Ah well, I like Jessica Alba anyways, because shes hot. Her acting abilities have yet to impress me though. If she gets naked in this, I may have to rent it ;)

Well so long as I can look at her I'd pay to watch do anything...

I as stupid as this looks (and it looks AWFUL) it'll still be better than Get Carter or Mission To Mars...

Maybe it's just me but I don't think it looks so bad. Sure it maybe cliched and predictable and unoriginal but it looks like harmless fluff to me. Plus I like Jessica Alba although this doesn't appear to be a very challenging role for her. But I'll see it.

man,went to see jeepers creepers 2 tonight and had to sit through and waste minutes of my life with this fucking trailer,and of course, the expected happened...my brothers girlfriend said...the sinning words...

Man. Jessica is so hot. Anyone else up for a Portman/Alba sandwich?

And I'm not seeing this damned movie. I want her to be as much of a financial box office failiure as can be possible. Therefore, it will be that much sooner before she resorts to showing off her goodies!! As far as I can see, she's pretty talentless acting-wise. I have yet to be impressed.

seriously,because i took the time and still am as we speak,to work on the script I am yet its so damn hard to get anyone to even piss on it...yet...when it deals with gangsta girls dancing and lil romeo and shit,you just gotta pick that script up...

I liked Jessica in Dark Angel and she is smokin but this movie is gonna make about 10 bucks and just disappear. I think she can do way better then this , she is not that bad as an actress and she has the look..she should try and emulate peeps like Kate Beckinsale or Kate Winslet and shoot for better roles and show some skin :P

Its like if Glitter and Save the Last Dance had a kid. As soon as Dabrat or Missy Elliot comes on screen trying to dance im soooo out of there! Scratch that I just wont see this movie even though my friends roomie wants to see it. Maybe if you boycott this movie then they will stop making movies like the ones Ive posted below and their clones.

Im sorry I just plugged in Dance with me, I couldnt figure out the name of the movie I wanted to put in there maybe you can help me, it came out around 99', 00' about a girl who wants to become a dancer in this big dance troop, girl was very attractive, blonde and she meets this guy who sleeps with her then does his thing and leaves.

Eh, I think I'm going to see it simply because I'm totally into hip-hop dancing and the trailer seemed like it had a few decent scenes....

Comon! What's wrong with the occational "feel-good" movie?! It's your typical "girl-follows-dream-and-meets-an-asshole-on-the-way-but-ends-up-with-the-right-guy-at-the-end-and-still-manages-to-keep-the-dream" sort of movie which you leave feeling all fuzzy inside!!!

...or I could be completly alone on this. ;)
