I don't know if it's the most interest, but maybe the wierdest or pathetic:

Conan the Barbarian dvd, listening to Ahnuld trying to crack HORRIBLE jokes throughout. Arhg.

Oliver Stone informing us that NBK's prison riot was shot in a (in use) wing for violent offenders with at least 2 life sentences (and that he used them as extras)

Sam Mendes talking about how he always tried to keep Lester behind bars in American Beauty

Cameron and Alice Crowe's commentary for Untitled, allowing us to see just how heavily based on fact that film is.

I remember that American Beauty "bars" thing. Although, I think he just made it up on the spot....
I will have to say that Conan takes the cake.

I recently listened to the commentary for
There's Nothing out there, and one of the main chicks was a real bitch to work with so It was great hearing the guys call her names and tell the stories about her on the set hissy fits. http://www.joblo.com/ubb/tongue.gif
