CANADAIAN Box office for the past week:

Here are some conclusions:

1) Canadians like booties better than fatties (Coyote Ugly is the #2 film in Canada!!!)

2) Canadians really love "What Lies Beneath"... it is still doin very well in the box office and it was the #1 film for 2 consecutive weeks including the week when Nutty Prof 2 came out!

I always enjoy comparing these box office results... most of the time, the rankings are pretty similar though!

Seriously though, you're attempting to make correlations when not all the variables have been factored in, such as number of screens, advertising, and demographics such as ethnicity. It's like comparing apples to oranges (statistically speaking).

I know this was just brought up as a point of interest, and it *is* interesting. I'm curious as to your source for Canadian Box Office reports. I tried to briefly search for an online source.

I like to campare This Week's Box Office from Last Weeks Box Office. I like to see what movie was booted off the list this week, I like to see how much the No.1 movie made this week and compare it with last weeks, and I check off all the movies that I've seen...
