In recently coming down with a bug of some sort, I'm going to have a lot of free time on my hands in the next few days. I was wondering if you guys have any movies to watch whilst sick to recommend?
If there's already been a thread like this, it's fine close this one.
Thanks

Whenever I'm sick, I always watch Star Wars: A New Hope, Superman: The Movie and sometimes Braveheart or Office Space. Yeah, a wide variety...and don't ask me why I watch those ones...I just do :)

Watch Airplane!. I guarantee it'll cheer you up and make you forget about your illness, for about two hours anyway.

When I'm sick I can only watch sunny, positive, sometimes funny movies. I'm already in enough misery, I don't need to pop in Requiem for a Dream.
I watch movies like Almost Famous, About a Boy, The Producers, Rocky, Airplane!, maybe even Beauty and the Beast.

A Moulin Rouge! marathon should do the trick. Also, some light fare like Bridget Jones's Diary, My Best Friend's Weding, Jerry Maguire, Singin' in the Rain, Grease etc.

Some Like It Hot, All About Eve, Singin' in the Rain, Toy Story, any Disney movie, Roman Holiday, Chasing Amy, Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Goonies are all great ones to watch when you're sick. Hope you feel better, Miss Hall. :)

Ok these responses are a little "out there" so bear with me...
The first time I ever saw "The Killer" by John Woo I was sick as a dog...
Also "Say Anything" and "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" forever remind me of (finally) recovering from Mono...
I can tell you from first hand experience those are great movies to watch while you are sick...
