Forgive me if this thread has been done, I'm too lazy to search. What I ask is, what are the best final spoken lines in film...mine...
You may need to use spoilers...so..

*possible spoilers*

A Clockwork Orange- "I was cured, all right."

The Bridge on the River Kwai- "Madness! Madness!

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas- "There was only one road back to LA....US Interstate 15. After that it was just a flat out high-speed burn through Baker and Barstow and Berdeu, then on to the Hollywood Freeway, safety, obscurity...just another freak, in the freak kingdom..."

What are yours?

"He was some kind of a man. What does it matter what you say about people?" - Touch of Evil

"Cue the dead horse!" - State and Main

"The horror..." - Apocalypse Now

"Don't be silly." - Barton Fink

"I gotta get a job." - Boiler Room

"Son of a bitch. Stole my line." - Good Will Hunting

"I'll send you a postcard, partner." - Jackie Brown

"Sometimes people need a little help. Sometimes people need to be forgiven and sometimes they need to go to jail. And that's a very tricky thing on my part... making that call... the law is the law and heck if I'm gonna break it... but you can forgive someone....? Well, that's the tough part... who do we forgive? Tough part of the job... tough part of walking down the street." - Magnolia

"So here we go." - Punch-Drunk Love

"We're just here to listen." - Traffic

"I didn't kill nobody." - Unforgiven

but the absolute best is...

"After that, it got pretty late, and we both had to go, but it was great seeing Annie again, right? I realized what a terrific person she was and-and how much fun it was just knowing her and I-I thought of that old joke, you know, this-this-this guy goes to a psychiatrist and says, 'Doc, uh, my brother's crazy. He thinks he's a chicken.' And uh, the doctor says, 'Well, why don't you turn him in?' And the guy says, 'Well, I would, but I need the eggs.' Well, I guess that's pretty much how I feel about relationships. You know, they're totally irrational and crazy and absurd and... but, uh, I guess we keep going through it because, uh, most of us need the eggs." - Annie Hall

Some of my favorite are:

A Clockwork Orange

Chinatown

I was going to say the last line of Godfather, where he says "No" to Kay's question...but there's a line or two after that.

I was planning on helping you out and writing 'Similar Thread Here.' But that wouldn't be correct, because THIS (http://www.joblo.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9942) thread is not simply similar, it's the same thread. I can see how you'd get confused though, it's title is Best Last Lines.

Withnail And I

Withnail: I have of late, but wherefore I know not, lost all my mirth and indeed it goes so heavily with my disposition that this goodly frame the earth seems to me a sterile promotory; this most excellent canopy the air, look you, this mighty o'rehanging firmament, this majestical roof fretted with golden fire; why, it appeareth nothing to me but a foul and pestilent congregation of vapours. What a piece of work is a man, how noble in reason, how infinite in faculties, how like an angel in aprehension, how like a God! The beauty of the world, paragon of animals; and yet to me, what is this quintessence of dusk. Man delights not me, no, nor women neither, nor women neither.

Goodfellas

Actually, after HAL sings this, there's also the previously recorded transmission explaning Discovery I's mission:

"Good day, gentlemen. This is a pre-recorded briefing made prior to your departure, which for security reasons of the highest importance, has been known on board during the mission only by your HAL 9000 computer. Now that you are in Jupiter space & the entire crew is revived, it can be told to you. 18 months ago, the first evidence of intelligent life off the earth was discovered. It was found buried 40 feet beneath the lunar surface near the crater Tyco. Except for a single, very powerful radio emission aimed at Jupiter, the 4 million year old black monolith has remained completely inert. Its origin & purpose still a total mystery!"

Other great closing lines are:
"Guess all we have to do now is catch him."
-Catch Me If You Can

"I used to hate the water."
"I can't imagine why."
-Jaws

"I'll be right here!"
