i will not include TV Shows or special programs brought to DVD. These are based on DVD Motion Pictures.
in no particular order (top 11...sorry did not have the balls to cut one haha)
Shrek (2-disc)
Terminator 2 Ultimate Edition
The Rock: Criterion Collection
Sixth Sense: vista series
Who Framed Roger Rabbit: Vista Series
Jurassic Park Trilogy
Se7en: new line platinum series
The Matrix
Memento or Otnemem: Limited Edition
DareDevil
Fight Club: Special Edition
Movies like the Goodfellas, Casino, Shawshank Redemption do not get the nod for BEST DVD, because its not the best DVD (they are deserve special editions), awesome movies though.
Godfather, The DVD Collection - could be up there, however I have yet to watch it, although i own it.:D
