Okay,my little eye finally got an Australian theatrical release and I managed to catch it. I'm still a little foggy about "what actually happened?"

Okay, so basically this whole "reality show," was just a cover for "The company's " own sick pleasure ....paying/betting to see these people in a house together....

Or was he doing it to just go along with what he thought people wanted ...because as he says in the movie: "is this what you want to see?" after they come up with the "snuff," realisation....

So that begs the question, did Dave(?) actually commit suicide?

And if they/he were supposed to kill each other, why did they wait 6 months to start then?????? :(

And what about the kid who killed his parents with a hammer? Was it ever explained????

the guy who started killing for the company did not just snap and start killing cause "thats what people wanted to see". He was aware from the very beginning that it would come to this. The killing didn't start earlier cause it's much more amusing to have these people one week away from getting out of this damn house and just as their all happy and can taste freedom again, things go to hell and food stops coming and the company fucks with them. Proof of this : Whent hey discover the snuff site, the whole realization of the situation, the killer guy is the only one who starts acting dumb and goes "oh i'm sure this isn't true, blah blah blah" . Also, he is the one who offers to stay up all night and guard everyone with the gun. Thirdly, in the end the killer guy says something like all this game needs is 4 random unsuspecting schmoes, implying that he knew from the very beginning that the game was gonna end with everyone else dying, and then he gets shot cause it's 5 unsuspecting schmoes (the killer didn't know he would be killed anyway)

The guy with the hammer, he was just a ghost in the girl's past. He had nothing to do with anything. The company just heard the story from the girl when she told it in front of a camera and decided to use it to fuck around with her a bit.

Whether dave did or did not commit suicide is really up to theimagination. I don't think he really had a reason to commit suicide cause if I commited suicide ever time some random bitches talked behind my back i would be dead 100 times by now. However, he was kind of mentally unstable and he didn't have any friends so I guess nothing is out of the question.

And a lot of people have a problem with how the betting works. In my opinion, the subscribers on the site don't know who the killer is from the beggining. They have the inital 6 months to observe all the contenders and hypothesize on who of them would be the killer. This also gives more sense to the whole waiting fo 6 months before the killing starts.

I really like this flick but the one this is that the guy who starts killing everyone has to be the dumbest idiot on the face of the earth. Yeah, I'd really want to be in that house when the shit hits the fan and you can really trust the company you work for when they produce a product like this? Dumb-ass.

When he was giving that girl a back rub I thought he would break her neck or something but when he started to suffocate her I got flashbacks from Black Christmas which was pretty cool.
