FREE MGM DVD Giveway + $5.95 S&H

Hi Ya'll, I bought "Dances with Wolves" (Special Edition) 2 disc set back in early July 2003, ya know the dvd that comes in that box, looks like Dunbar's Journal....well with this dvd and some other MGM dvds like Wind Talkers you could select a "FREE" dvd from a selection of other MGM titles like Platoon, Legally blonde etc. Well the bastards cashed my check over 6-7 wks ago and Still no dvd, I know there was a shipping wait of a few weeks, but I didnt think it would take this long.


Soo has anyone else tried this mail in deal with MGM?

just curious, and getting a little impatient

A few months ago I sent off for a free dvd of Jurassic Park 3. I sent a check for $2.95 and they cashed it after a few weeks. Then it took almost a month and half for me to receive the movie. Actually I had forgotten about it until I opened my mailbox and saw the movie in there. I'd give it another week or so before taking any further action. Good Luck!

Back in August I bought Valley Girl and The Sure Thing and I sent away for Thelma & Louise in like mid-August and the free DVD arrived in the mail last week.
