Dvd software question

Can I take a direct high-quality screenshots from my dvd rom with software? I need to get screenshots from some movies for custom dvd covers

I have a ethernet connection of 400MBPS and 10 MB of space, using Dell Image Expert I can grab a image off of www.google.com..just use their image and type in what movie you want . Pics from one to 1,000+ images for you to choose from. When your printer comes into sight you can print that image. Saving it to documents is okay, but if you want to be able to make up a home page rented or free space is needed. :cool:
