Horror Channel in the Works!!!

I didn't see this anywhere on the boards (my apologies if someone already started a thread), but I read on Creature Corner that there will be an all-horror channel, starting October or November! They already have a 1,000 movie library to choose from, including quite a few of Bava's classics! Great news people, great news!

Yup, I just read about this on AICN
I can't wait. I pray my cable company picks this channel up and I pray they show some good, unedited horror.

My worry is that they'll only show watered down PG13 rated crap....

I would love to see them offer a sampling of foreign horror movies as well as mainstream horror flicks and rare indy films.

I like the fact that this channel is owned/being operated by HORROR FANS. Not only that, horror fans who actually have some experience in the cable industry.

I think the movies are going to be.

I read on Fangoria.com that they have a 1000 domestic and 1000 forgeign movies. Alos, fans are going to be allowed to put in suggestions and vote on what they want to see.

I've heard similar things as well. I for one would love to see this come to fruition and I do hope that the movies and series are uncut as planned. I've been hoping that a channel like this would come along and now that it is in the works I can only say Yippee!
Finally a channel for all us horror fans out there. I mean we have Western, Romance, Action channels already, so why not a Horror Channel?
