Fav. schmoe horror screenplays?

I dont want the thread to offend anybody or their work if they dont get chose, but I thought this would be a cool topic to discuss. The title says it all, whats your fav. schmoe horror screenplay? I haven't read much of them, but my fav. so far would have to be Kurt Wagners(:D )Final Destination 3! I like the way you get toyed with before somebody dies, just like in the films, and the characters were very well made. Kickass death scenes!

So, whats your favorite? Please say Mansion, please say Mansion! :D

Gee thanks! Mansion's draft I read was also pretty bad ass.

Other I loved would include jadedgamer's 'Red Rabbit'.

Well, I enjoy the subtle scares of Red Rabbit as well as the "didn't-see-that-coming" deaths of FD3, and the impossibly original Mansion, as well as the brilliant "shovel killer" idea--whose was that again?
