Stanley Kubrick: A Life in Pictures: Missing Scene

On the IMDB, it says that the DVD version of the documentary on Kubrick doesn't feature interviews with Martin Short. I know that it doesn't, I saw part of the documentary on TV. Does anyone know why they cut his interviews out?

This is something that has been bugging me for awhile. Martin Short is listed in the credits, but he didn't appear onscreen. I kept thinking that maybe I was missing something, and it was driving me crazy! While I don't know why this scene was cut, I do remember reading an interview with Jan Harlan, and he mentioned how he would like to release SK:ALIP as a DVD separate from the Kubrick boxed set, and complete with the deleted scenes. Hopefully, this happens soon!
