The best I have is Brazil! 3 Discs packed with extras and a very cool cover.
Runners up:
Life of Brian
Rebaca
The 39 Steps
The Lady Vannishes
Notorious
Spartacus

Criterion has been my favorite DVD company for three years now, and out of the discs I have:
Life of Brian
Rushmore
Chasing Amy
Notorious
Rebecca
The Ruling Class(unopened, because it sucks)
Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie
That Obscure Object of Desire
I would have to say my favorite discs are Chasing Amy and Rushmore. They both have great booklets, great transfers, and great, in-depth extras. It doesn't hurt that they're strong contenders for the best comedy of the nineties.

My favorite one I have is Carnival of Souls, but I only have that, Chasing Amy, and Seven Samurai. But I'm getting The Royal Tenenbaums when it comes out, so it could change.
The only problem I have with Criterion is that those discs are frighteningly overpriced. But there are times when one has to suck it up. I would kill for the Salo DVD. I won't bid 800 bucks on ebay, but I'll kill for it. That and the 400 Blows DVD.
The Chasing Amy DVD is my favorite from my growing DVD collection. And kudos to Kevin Smith for assembling one of the best damn commentaries.

Dan, good luck with The 400 Blows DVD, what with it being out of print and all. I have my kill-for Criterion, The Killer.
I only have six of them. But I really love Spartacus and Sullivan's Travels. They did a terrific job on those.
(Haxan, Hard-Boiled, Traffic, Seven Samurai being the other 4)

How dare all of you forget Martin Scorsese's "The Last Temptation Of Christ" and "Silence Of The Lambs".

Do you think that there's some people that have EVERY Criterion disc available? That would be an amazing collection.
