So who has been in the DVD club the longest?

I had always wanted a laserdisc player, followed the VideoCD format, and read about the upcoming DVD format for a year or two b4 it came out. I had read so much about the tech specs and mechanics of the format that I bought, sight unseen the Pioneer DV-500 ($600) in April of 1996. The players had been out in the US for a month or two at that point. MGM/Warner, NewLine and Sony had just begun the original 7 city test market for DVD. Since I didn't live in one of those cities I had to order my discs online(also got my player that way).

If I remember correctly (I've sold/traded some of thes since then and it has been @6 years) my first 10 DVDs were as follows(remember there were like only 40-70 titles back then).

First Set:
The Wizard of Oz
The Fugitive
Batman
Blade Runner
The Mask

Second Set (I think....):
The Exorcist
Reservoir Dogs
Desperado
Poltergeist
The Shining

So anyone been collecting as long as me? I've actually slowed down quite a bit and only have @90 now. And would you believe only had surround sound that first week http://www.joblo.com/ubb/frown.gif ...
